These are typical questions a beginner is faced with, and the fitness industry does not do a good job of making it any easier for you. Commercial gyms with rows of odd-looking machines, fitness classes with catchy names that provide a lot of fatigue with no results, and the internet filled with fads, gimmicks, and flat out lies can make anyone confused and dejected.

We are a private gym that provides professional, safe, and effective in-person and online coaching to get you stronger. At our gym, you work 1:1 or in a small group (4 or less) with your Strength Coach to perform the most effective barbell exercises safely, and with perfect form, with sessions designed to get you out the door in about an hour.

Clients of GN Strength & Conditioning can expect personal instruction on barbell strength exercises, which are taught using a proven model based on biomechanics, not fads. With your Coach’s expert eye, each and every rep, the client will perform exercises safely and efficiently while using the maximum muscle possible. The client’s program will be structured and executed so that strength improvements will be realized each and every session, which we have found adds to their excitement and training adherence.
