In-Person Training

Initial Session and Drop Ins


Strength Clinic$50. Potential members must attend a 90 minute private session where the client will be exposed to the main barbell lifts (exercise adjustments will be made if unable to perform certain movements due to age or injury). Learning proper technique, lifting/gym safety and a detailed discussion about the client’s goals will be the objective at this initial session. There is no further commitment required. This option is also perfect for those who have a garage gym and would like to learn proper technique, or a form check.


Options for Training at our Facility


2x per week (8 sessions): $96/month ($12 per session)

3x per week (12 sessions): $120/month ($10 per session)

*Membership is month to month with no long term commitment.


Private gym, 4 client max. Avoid the hassles of a commercial gym.

Train under the guidance of a professional coach. Proper technique focus with real time corrections, expert programming, encouragement and accountability. Objective goals, results driven.

Our programs are designed to run 3x per week M,W,F between 4:30pm-9pm. OR 2x per week T,Th between 4pm-6:30pm. Sessions usually last 60-90 mins.

3x per week is the most optimal, yielding the fastest results. 2x per week is ideal for clients over 50, in season athletes, or those who are committed to additional training outside of our gym.


After School Barbell Club


Join us every M,W,F from 3:30-4:45 for strength training sessions run and supervised by Greg. Learn proper technique and receive expert programming in order to get STRONG in just a short amount of time. (with consistent training and effort, a typical male result is a 60lb increase per month on your squat!). For 8th through 12th graders. Both male and female students can benefit from this program. All experience and fitness levels are welcome. Cost is $60 per month. No long term commitments.
